About this product
The Stabila 96-M-2 is a 183cm (72in) magnetic spirit level suited to large-scale construction and installation work, such as ceiling work, long-span studwork and large wall installations where accuracy over distance matters. Its light metal rectangular profile has a painted yellow face, as used on Stabila levels of this length to maintain accuracy standards.
A rare earth magnet system allows secure, hands-free attachment to ferrous metal surfaces. The three-vial configuration, two vertical and one horizontal, supports precise levelling in multiple orientations, with accuracy of 0.5mm/m in normal position and 0.75mm/m overhead.
Ridges along the profile aid grip, while removable bi-material end caps provide impact damping and allow cleaner marking lines into corners when taken off.
