About this product
This 8m metric tape measure with a 30mm blade suits builders and site professionals needing extra reach on larger jobs. The matt black nylon blade reduces glare and extends product life, while the dual-sided design includes a vertical quick-read scale underneath for overhead or awkward measurements. Unassisted standout reaches 4.3m, allowing single-handed measuring across larger spans.
The first 15cm has extra protective reinforcement for durability, and narrow blade technology keeps weight down despite the length. The drum and spring design keep the case compact and comfortable to hold. A steel tether point aids safety when working at height, surviving drops of up to 100ft, and doubles as a scribe for drawing arcs. Accuracy meets EC Class II, with metric-only markings.
