About this product
Bostik Flashband with Primer is a self-adhesive flashing tape supplied with primer to improve adhesion on porous or rough surfaces. The flexible bitumen tape bonds to brick, masonry, slates, concrete roof tiles, wood, metal, concrete, terracotta tiles, glass, roofing felt and rigid plastics, forming a permanent, watertight seal across a temperature range of -10 °C to 100 °C. Application requires only hand pressure and a seam roller; no special cutting or fixing equipment is needed. The tape's four protective layers make it tear and impact resistant, suitable for new build, maintenance and repair work including lead flashing repair, valley gutter sealing, drain pipe and guttering leak mending, greenhouse repairs, glazing bar protection, pipe and tank insulation protection, and roofing felt joint repair on flat roofs. Supplied as one roll. Weight 1065 g; dimensions 112 mm × 104 mm × 114 mm.
