About this product
The Makita BL4025 is a 40Vmax 2.5Ah Li-ion battery from the XGT range, designed for use with Makita's 40Vmax XGT cordless power tools. It can be charged in around 28 minutes and features digital communication between battery, tool and charger, allowing the charger to optimise charging and the tool to adjust performance according to battery status.
The battery has a robust, waterproof triple-layer construction offering resistance to water, dust and drop impact, with a terminal short circuit structure and shock-absorbing outer casing. High-rigidity slide rails keep it firmly attached to the tool, while a built-in cooling system supports battery life during continuous use.
Remaining charge can be checked via a 4-LED fuel gauge with a check button, and the battery can record detailed usage information.
