About this product
This Lessmann Knot Cup Brush is a heavy-duty tool for preparing metal surfaces before painting, and for removing slag, rust, scale or concrete waste. It is designed for demanding metalworking and fabrication tasks where aggressive material removal is needed.
The brush is 65mm in diameter with an M14x2.0 threaded bore for direct mounting onto standard angle grinders. It is filled with 0.35mm steel wire of high tensile strength, giving a balance of aggression and control suited to professional surface preparation work. Maximum rated speed is 12,500 RPM.
Some versions feature a removable bridle which, once taken off, exposes a further 20mm of usable wire, extending the working life of the brush.
