About this product
Sadolin Classic Wood Protection in Dark Palisander is a deep-penetrating woodstain that gives external timber a rich, dark brown finish with reddish undertones. It absorbs into the wood to provide protection against the weather and suits large areas such as cladding, fascias, decking and rough sawn timber.
This 2.5 litre tin can also be used as a base stain on new joinery that will later be finished with Sadolin Extra. It is not suitable for use on surfaces already treated with a medium or high build coating.
Coverage is up to 15m per litre on planed softwood or hardwood, and up to 8m per litre on rough sawn timber. It is touch dry in 4-6 hours, with a recoat time of 16-24 hours.
