About this product
A polyurethane wood adhesive gel from Everbuild Sika that sets hard in around 30 minutes, giving strong bonds to all common wood types including hardwoods, softwoods, exotic timbers and painted surfaces. The transparent, thixotropic gel foams slightly on application, filling small gaps and boosting bond strength on imperfect joints, and its consistency prevents dripping on vertical or overhead surfaces. It conforms to EN 204 D4 strength classification for water resistance, suiting internal and external joinery with good weathering, ageing and chemical resistance. Beyond wood, it bonds Formica, polystyrene, PU foam, glass wool, plastics including PVC, stone, concrete, brick and masonry. Typical uses include wood jointing, window and door frame manufacture, furniture making, staircase construction, and as an insulation adhesive for foam or fibre boarding. Supplied in a 310ml size.
