About this product
Broadfix Small U-Shims are plastic packers used for levelling behind screws and fixings, suited to window and door installation, kitchen fitting and general carpentry. Made with a high percentage of recycled material, they are waterproof and won't swell, shrink or rot like timber packers, and can withstand higher compressive loads while remaining economical.
The U-shaped design lets you loosely fit the fixing first, then slide the required number of shims over it. An integrated comb clip holds them in place so both hands stay free to tighten the fixing.
This mixed pack of 100 measures 55 x 43mm and includes four colour-coded thicknesses: 25 yellow 1mm, 25 blue 3mm, 25 brown 5mm and 25 black 6mm, supplied in a clamshell case for storage.
