About this product
The Makita GA9020 is a 230mm angle grinder aimed at professional trade use, suited to heavy grinding, cutting and surface finishing on metal. It runs a 2,000W motor at 6,600rpm, with machined bevel gears for strength and a gear housing that can be positioned every 90°. An anti-dust structure protects the motor housing and increased heat resistance allows extended use without overheating, giving the tool durability beyond its predecessors, the 9067/9069 series.
Control and comfort come from a soft, vibration-absorbing side grip, a large trigger switch and a tool-less wheel cover, with double insulation for added safety. This is the 110V version, supplied without a plug fitted to the cable.
It comes with a lock nut wrench, side handle and wheel guard. Specification: 230mm wheel, 22mm bore, M14 x 2mm spindle, suitable for a 110mm wire cup brush.
