About this product
The Makita GA9020KD is a 230mm angle grinder aimed at professional use in construction, metalwork and masonry, offering a powerful 2,000W motor with a no-load speed of 6,600rpm. Machined bevel gears give smoother, quieter operation and efficient energy transfer, while labyrinth construction and an anti-dust structure protect the motor and bearings from contamination. Double insulation adds electrical safety.
Comfort features include a vibration-absorbing side grip, soft-grip handle and tool-less wheel guard, plus a gear housing that can be repositioned in 90° increments. The spindle uses an M14 thread, with a bore size of 22mm.
Supplied as a kit with a lock nut wrench, side handle, wheel guard, 230mm diamond cutting wheel and a carry case for transport between job sites.
