About this product
The DeWalt DCS578 is a 54v XR FlexVolt cordless circular saw designed for general-purpose ripping, crosscutting and bevel cuts in wood and other construction materials. Its brushless motor gives corded-level performance while running on FlexVolt batteries, which are also compatible with DeWalt's 18v XR range. It takes 190mm blades, with bevel adjustment up to 57° and a depth scale reading to 67mm.
Features include a stable block construction for low vibration, an additional handle for two-handed use, Direct Airlock compatibility for dust extraction, a dust blower to clear the cut line, and an LED work light. Maximum depth of cut is 67mm at 90° and 49mm at 45°, no-load speed is 5,800/min, and it weighs 3.6kg.
Supplied with a 190mm 24T TCT blade, rip fence, dust extraction spout, two FlexVolt 9.0/3.0Ah batteries, a multi-voltage fast charger and a TSTAK case.
