About this product
The Makita HS6601 is a 110v circular saw designed for site work requiring transformer operation. It has a 1,050W motor giving a no-load speed of 5,200 rpm, and takes a 165mm blade for a maximum depth of cut of 54.5mm at 90 degrees and 37.5mm at 45 degrees.
The saw features an aluminium base plate, safety cover and blade casing for durability, along with an ergonomic soft grip handle for comfort and control. A rear-facing dust exhaust port keeps the work area clear and improves line-of-sight when connected to extraction. The front cast alloy quadrant allows clear, simple angle adjustment, with the motor and blade assembly tilting on front and rear pivots for bevel cuts.
It weighs around 3.7-3.8kg and is supplied with a dust nozzle, rip fence/guide rule, TCT saw blade and hex wrench.
