About this product
The DeWalt DCD701D2 is a 12v compact drill driver, part of a range compatible with existing 10.8v XR lithium-ion batteries. It is 38.5mm shorter than the previous generation, making it useful for working in tight spaces, and weighs just 0.9kg for ease of handling. An ergonomic handle aids comfort and control.
It uses a brushless motor giving 15% more runtime than the previous generation, with 2 gears, 15 clutch positions, and a 10mm keyless chuck. No-load speeds are 0-425/0-1500rpm, with maximum torque of 57.5Nm and wood drilling capacity of 20mm. A state-of-charge battery pack lets users check remaining charge, and there's an LED light on the tool foot for low-light use.
Supplied with two 12v 2.0Ah Li-ion batteries, a charger, belt hook and a TSTAK-compatible carry case.
