About this product
The Dormer P803 is a solid carbide rotary burr in a cylinder shape with an end cut, giving double-cut geometry for general machining. It suits flat surfaces and right-angled corners, offering good control, a high metal removal rate and swarf that breaks into manageable pieces. It has a toughened, hardened steel shank for rigidity and strength, reducing vibration and bending to extend tool life, with special brazing for a strong bond between carbide and shank. It is uncoated (bright) and suited to steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, hardened materials and high-temperature alloys. Diameter cut is 12.7mm, shank diameter 6mm, cut length 6mm and overall length 70mm.
