About this product
The Dormer P803 is a solid carbide rotary burr in a cylinder shape with an end cut (B shape), producing a double cut for efficient material removal and manageable swarf. It suits precision machining and finishing of flat surfaces and right-angled corners on steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials. It has a bright, uncoated finish and a toughened, hardened steel shank that provides rigidity and strength, reducing vibration and bending for improved tool life. The shank is ground to h6 (carbide) and h7 (steel), with special brazing for strong bonding and good impact strength at higher temperatures. Specification: 16mm cutting diameter, 6mm shank diameter, 25mm working length, 70mm overall length.
