The Dormer P803 is a solid carbide rotary burr with a cylinder shape and end cut, giving a double-cut flute pattern for efficient material removal and manageable swarf. It suits general machining tasks such as flat surfaces and right-angled corners, and is suitable for steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and its alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials. The burr has a toughened, hardened steel shank for rigidity and reduced vibration, helping to extend tool life, along with brazing designed for strength and durability. It is uncoated (bright) with a solid carbide tip. Specification: 6mm cutting diameter, 6mm shank diameter, 18mm working length, 50mm overall length.
