This Dormer P813 rotary burr is a solid carbide tool with a pointed tree (G-shape) profile, designed for multi-angle contouring and cutting narrow angles in hard-to-reach areas. It has a bright, uncoated finish and a toughened, hardened steel shank for rigidity and strength, helping to prevent bending and reduce vibration during use. The double cut flute geometry gives efficient material removal with a good finish, breaking swarf into manageable pieces and reducing the chance of congestion. It suits steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and copper alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials, making it useful for tasks such as metal engraving, carving and weld preparation.
