About this product
This DEWALT Extreme Step Drill Bit covers a 14mm–25mm diameter range, suited to drilling and enlarging holes in construction steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics and thin-walled materials up to 3mm thick. It's aimed at professionals needing larger apertures, such as conduit entries, grommets and fixing holes in sheet metal enclosures and structural panels.
A 1/4" hex shank allows quick changes between bits. Optimised geometry helps the bit penetrate material faster and start drilling accurately without walking, while specially ground shoulder cutters produce clean, precise circular holes.
The titanium coating gives improved resistance to wear and corrosion, offering up to twice the life compared with black oxide bits.
