About this product
A pack of two DEWALT Extreme 2 metal drill bits, designed for portable or stationary drilling of steel, both alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm. They also work effectively in wood and plastic, and are particularly suited to drilling sheet or thin materials where accurate, burr-free holes are needed. A strong central core with a tapered web reduces breakage, while a split pilot point design prevents the bit walking or slipping on contact, aiding accurate positioning even on curved surfaces. A gold ferrous oxide coating helps prevent overheating for longer bit life, three flat sides stop slipping in the chuck, and permanent size markings above the shank improve visibility. Specification: HSS head, 3.5mm diameter, 39mm working length, 70mm overall length, supplied as a pack of two.
