About this product
This pack of 10 DEWALT Extreme 2 metal drill bits is made from high-speed steel and designed for portable or stationary drilling of steel, alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm. They are particularly suited to drilling sheet or thin materials where accurate, burr-free holes are needed, and are also effective in wood and plastic. A patented split pilot point design eliminates walking or slipping on contact, giving precise hole placement, while three flat sides on the shank prevent slipping in the chuck. A tapered web reduces breakage, and a gold ferrous oxide coating helps prevent overheating for longer bit life. Permanent size markings above the shank aid visibility. Specification: tip diameter 8.5mm, working length 72mm, overall length 117mm, pack quantity 10.
