About this product
These HSS metal drill bits are designed for portable or stationary drilling of steel, alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm, and are also effective in wood and plastic. They suit sheet or thin materials where accurate, burr-free holes are needed. A patented split point tip eliminates walking or slipping on contact, giving precise hole placement, while precision-ground flutes aid chip removal. Three flat sides prevent slipping in the chuck, and a tapered web with gold ferrous oxide coating reduces breakage and overheating. Permanent size markings above the shank aid visibility. Diameter 11.0mm, working length 91mm, overall length 142mm, supplied in a pack of 10.
