About this product
This pack of 10 DEWALT Extreme 2 metal drill bits is made from high-speed steel and designed for portable or stationary drilling of steel, both alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm. They are also effective in wood and plastic. A patented split point tip eliminates walking or slipping on contact, giving accurate, burr-free holes even in sheet or thin materials. Each bit has three flat sides to prevent slipping in the chuck, a tapered web to reduce breakage, and a gold ferrous oxide coating to help prevent overheating. Permanent size markings above the shank aid visibility. Diameter is 12.0mm, with a working length of 98mm and an overall length of 151mm.
