About this product

This DEWALT Extreme set contains five carbide-tipped masonry drill bits in the most commonly used diameters: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. They are designed for drilling into masonry, brick, stone, tiles and light concrete, and are typically used for anchor holes, plastic plug fixings, pipework clearance holes and general fixing work. The bits fit any standard jawed chuck machine. The Extreme range uses a hardened steel body with carbide heads for durability, an anti-slip shank for a secure fit in the chuck, an optimised milled flute for fast drilling, and a tip design intended to reduce walking and improve accuracy. DEWALT states these bits last longer and deliver more holes than a standard masonry bit, giving cleaner, more accurate results for fixing work.
