About this product
The Dormer A002 is an HSS jobber drill with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, designed for precise, accurate holes in metal, wood, plastic and other materials. The coating reduces friction and heat buildup, giving smoother drilling and longer tool life, while the bright body improves cutting performance on ductile materials. It features a pointed web and fluted tip design that reduces axial force, aids accurate centring, and improves chip evacuation. The optimised helix angle adds stiffness, and tool markings allow easy identification. This bit conforms to DIN 338 with a 118° point angle. This 7.5mm bit has a working length of 69mm and an overall length of 109mm, supplied singly in a pouch pack.
