About this product
The Dormer A777 is a heavy-duty jobber drill bit made from HSS-E cobalt steel (8% cobalt), giving good hardness and heat resistance for demanding, high-stress drilling work, including tougher and higher-tensile materials such as those used in the aerospace industry. It has a 135° split point (to NAS 907 aerospace specification type P3), which reduces walking and gives a precise start, along with a standard right-hand helix flute design and thick web construction, made to DIN 338 / BS328 / ISO 235.
This bit has a bronze surface finish, a tip diameter of 12.0mm, an overall length of 151mm and a working length of 101mm.
