It features a 135° split point (NAS907J, type P3 aerospace specification) that reduces walking and gives precise starts, particularly suited to tougher, higher tensile materials where more heat is generated during drilling.
It has a standard helix, right-hand spiral flute design with a thick web, a bronze surface finish, and conforms to DIN338. This specific bit measures 8.50mm diameter, with an overall length of 117mm and a working length of 75mm.
