About this product
This 152 x 150mm dry diamond core bit is designed for cutting clean holes through brick and concrete blocks, suited to larger drainage installations, ventilation systems and utility penetrations as well as general plumbing and electrical building work. It features a professional quality 1/2in BSP threaded core with premium 8mm fluted turbo cut diamond segments, giving good wear resistance and cutting speed. V-groove segments help clear debris during use.
The bit is for rotary use only and must not be used in percussion or hammer mode. It requires a power drill of 850 watts or more with a safety clutch and variable speed function, and diamond cores larger than 78mm should not be used with SDS Plus drills. Best results are achieved with a purpose-built core drilling machine.
