About this product
The Faithfull 22mm Forstner Bit is suited to substantial drilling tasks such as waste pipe clearances, larger mounting hardware, and recessed door furniture, making it useful for bathroom and kitchen installations and door hanging where clean, precise holes are needed.
It's made from forged, hardened steel for durability, with an ultra-sharp spur that keeps the bit accurate and prevents it walking on the material. The steep, angled cutting edges produce smooth, flat-bottomed holes with clean edges, creating chisel-like curls for fast chip removal, while the centre point helps with straight, angled, and overlapping holes.
It works effectively in softwood, hardwood, veneered wood, and non-laminated chipboard, and fits all drill drivers and bench drills with a standard 8mm chuck.
