About this product
This Faithfull 7 Piece HSS Drill Bit Set is designed for metalworking and general trade use. The bits are roll forged with a black oxide coating and manufactured to DIN338 standard, giving reliable precision for drilling alloy steels, carbon steels and hardened alloy steel. Use of a cutting lubricant is recommended when drilling metal. The bits also work well in plastic, timber, chipboard and plywood. The set covers seven commonly used metric sizes: 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 5.5mm and 6mm, suiting typical hole-drilling needs in fabrication, mechanical repair and general construction. The bits are supplied in a robust plastic case with a flip-action transparent lid, keeping them organised, protected and easy to identify by size.
