About this product
The Faithfull 8mm Tile and Glass Drill Bit is designed for drilling larger holes in glass and ceramic materials, suiting substantial fixings such as heavier wall plugs, mirror fixings and glass shelving. It measures 75mm in length and 8mm in diameter, giving good reach for these applications.
The bit has a tungsten carbide spear tip for hardness, producing clean holes without cracking the material. It should be used at low speeds with light pressure only, in a variable speed drill, and water lubrication is recommended for best results. It is suitable for glass windows, mirrors, bottles and ceramics.
