About this product
This 19-piece Faithfull drill set is made from M35 HSSE steel with 5% cobalt content, giving increased heat resistance and cutting performance for heavy-duty metalworking. It suits drilling into alloy and carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steel, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composites, cutting faster and lasting longer than standard HSS bits. Bits are fully ground and manufactured to DIN 388 standards for precision tolerances and geometric accuracy. Sizes over 2.5mm feature a 135° non-slip split point for accurate centring without the need for centre punching. The set covers metric sizes from 1mm to 10mm in 0.5mm increments, and is supplied in a robust plastic storage case clearly marked with each drill size for organisation and protection.
