About this product
This 1.5mm Faithfull Professional Cobalt Jobber Drill Bit is supplied in a pack of 2 for fine drilling work, such as micro-drilling, pilot holes for small fasteners and detailed metalworking. It is made from M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content, giving improved heat resistance and edge retention compared with standard HSS bits, particularly useful when working with tougher materials. The bit is fully ground and features a 135° non-slip split point for accurate centring, helping to prevent walking at this fine diameter. Manufactured to DIN 388 standards for precision tolerances, it is suitable for alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composite materials. Overall length is 40mm.
