About this product

This 5-piece drill bit set from Faithfull is designed for use with impact drivers, made from M35 HSSE grade steel with 5% cobalt content for improved heat resistance. The bits feature a distinctive tip with 7 cutting edges and 3 peaks, giving self-centring accuracy and allowing holes to be started in round pipe with one hand. A protruding centre tip acts as a pilot drill, preventing wandering and reducing burr formation for a cleaner finish. Each bit has a 1/4in quick-change shank for fast fitting in impact drivers, and is manufactured to DIN 338 and DIN 3126-E6.3 standards for precision and geometric accuracy. Suitable for alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composites. The set includes five sizes: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm.
