About this product

This pack of three Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Discs measures 115 x 22mm with 40 grit, designed for use with 115mm angle grinders. The coarse grit suits rough grinding, aggressive stock removal, and heavy-duty surface preparation, including rust and scale elimination. Manufactured from long-lasting Zirconia Alumina and resin bonded for extra strength, the jumbo construction contains up to 40% more abrasive than standard flap discs, extending working life. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15–25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, and the discs are suitable for wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel. Maximum speed is 80m/s (13,300 RPM).
