About this product
This Faithfull Flap Wheel measures 50 x 20mm and has a coarse 60 grit grade, suited to fast material removal and initial surface preparation on curved or shaped workpieces. Its compact size makes it useful for detailed work and confined areas that larger wheels cannot reach.
The wheel is made from flexible aluminium oxide flaps secured with a resin bond for strength and durability, giving a consistent finish on contoured surfaces without clogging. It has a built-in arbor shaft with a 6mm (1/4in) shank, fitting all standard drill chucks.
It is intended for sanding and finishing only; excessive pressure should be avoided, and eye protection should be worn, with the wheel's maximum RPM not exceeded.
