This 100 x 16mm zirconium flap disc has a coarse 40 grit rating, suited to rapid stock removal and heavy grinding on metal surfaces. Its compact 100mm diameter makes it suitable for smaller angle grinders or tighter working spaces, while still delivering aggressive material removal for tasks such as rust removal, scale removal and general surface preparation before finishing.

Flap discs fit directly onto an angle grinder without the need for a backing pad, simplifying setup. Made from zirconium abrasive, this disc is designed to last considerably longer than traditional sanding discs, offering a consistent finish and cutting performance throughout its working life.
