This 115 x 22mm zirconium flap disc has a coarse 40 grit rating, designed for heavy-duty metal grinding and rapid stock removal. It suits standard angle grinders and fits directly onto the machine without needing a backing pad.
The coarse grit and 115mm diameter make it effective for removing heavy rust, scale and weld beads, and for preparing larger metal surfaces, offering increased coverage and faster work rates than smaller discs.
Built from zirconium abrasive, the disc lasts up to 25 times longer than conventional sanding discs and gives a consistent finish throughout its working life.
