This 454g (16oz) claw hammer from Roughneck's Gorilla V-Series is the lightest in the range, suited to precision work and general carpentry, joinery or lighter framing where reduced weight helps limit fatigue during extended use.
The head is drop-forged, hardened and tempered steel, fitted to a V-Shock twin-beam girder shaft that dampens shock and vibration, backed up by an air-cushioned grip. Shifting weight towards the head improves balance and lowers the effort needed to swing it.
A magnetic nail holder allows one-handed starting in awkward spots, while the mini-claw is designed for pulling embedded nails. A lanyard hole in the handle base allows secure tethering when working at height.
