About this product
This Roughneck club hammer has a 1.81kg (4lb) head, suited to heavier-duty tasks such as demolition, heavy chiselling and driving large masonry nails where more impact force is needed. The head is drop-forged from hardened and tempered steel, with chamfered striking edges to help prevent chipping and damage to the striking surface.
It has a solid fibreglass core handle bonded securely to the head with epoxy adhesive, fitted with an air-cushioned grip to reduce hand fatigue during use. A lanyard hole in the base of the handle allows the hammer to be tethered safely when working at height.
