About this product
This Faithfull cable rod set is aimed at electricians and contractors who need to route cables through restricted access areas, such as under floorboards, through wall cavities and in ceiling voids. It comprises 10 fibreglass rods, each 1 metre long and 4mm in diameter, which join using brass screw connectors to give a maximum working length of 10 metres. The fibreglass composite construction balances rigidity for pushing with flexibility for negotiating obstacles, and won't splinter or snag on rough surfaces. Connectors are crimped and glued for added strength. Five attachments are included: a mini ring, an adaptor, a flexible 185mm lead, a hook, and a 240mm traction fish tape, covering different cable pulling tasks. The whole set is supplied in a compact plastic storage tube that fits into a toolbox or work bag.
