About this product
This is a 150mm (6in) Faithfull Engineer's Hand File with a Bastard Cut, fitted with a comfortable handle for professional and frequent DIY use. The Bastard Cut is coarse, with approximately 26 teeth per 25mm, suited to efficient stock removal, deburring and initial shaping of components. The file is parallel in width with a slight taper in thickness, and has a double cut with a safe edge for versatile filing. Its compact length makes it suitable for working in confined spaces or on smaller components where a larger file would be less practical, while retaining control thanks to the handle. Blade length is 150mm (6in) and blade width is 15mm (5/8in).
