About this product
This Footprint 256 tenon saw has a 300mm (12in) blade with 13 teeth per inch, giving a good balance of cutting speed and finish for general joinery and detailed tenon work. The blade is made from spring alloy steel and can be re-sharpened repeatedly, with teeth precision ground and set for a clean cut. A heavy-duty brass back adds rigidity and support, improving control and cutting feel. The two-tone lacquered beechwood handle is of traditional design, offering comfort, strength and balance, and is fixed to the blade with three brass screws. Made in Sheffield, England.
