About this product
The Footprint 246 Dovetail Saw is a precision hand saw made in Sheffield for fine joinery, such as cutting dovetail joints and tenons. It has a 200mm blade with 20 tpi, precision ground and set for clean, accurate cuts in hardwoods and softwoods. The spring alloy steel blade can be re-sharpened repeatedly, while a heavy-duty brass back adds rigidity and support for a stable, controlled cutting feel. The two-tone lacquered beechwood handle follows a traditional design, offering comfort and strength, and is fixed securely to the blade with three brass screws.
