About this product
This Knipex stripping tool is designed for electricians working with flat and round installation cables, including damp-proof types. It strips flat cables up to 12mm in width and round cables from 4.0 to 13.0mm diameter, covering common NYM cables from 3 x 1.5mm² up to 5 x 2.5mm². A dedicated stripping device handles cross-sections of 0.8, 1.5 and 2.5mm² (AWG 20, 16 and 14).
An opening spring and locking device allow easy one-handed operation and safe storage. The compact design, measuring 125mm in length, suits confined and hard-to-reach work areas, including inside conduit and distribution boxes. The body is made from fibreglass-reinforced plastic.
