About this product
This is the 12in (300 x 145mm) Wide London pattern brick trowel from Marshalltown, suited to experienced bricklayers wanting maximum blade coverage for larger jobs. The bigger blade carries more mortar per load, helping productivity on extensive bricklaying work, while the rounded heel of the Wide London pattern positions mortar further forward on the blade than a Philadelphia pattern trowel, aiding control.
The trowel is forged in one piece from high carbon steel and heat treated for strength and durability, with a taper ground and polished blade for smooth, consistent mortar application. The handle rise is set to give correct hang and balance despite the larger blade, helping reduce strain during use.
It's fitted with a wooden handle and polished steel ferrule, and is made in the USA.
