About this product
This is a 19mm bi-metal holesaw designed for use with battery-operated power tools, ideal for onsite work. It is constructed with hardened, heat and abrasion resisting high speed steel teeth set in a tough alloy body and cap, giving strength, durability and shatter resistance. Constant pitch teeth, at 8 per 25mm/inch, provide smooth cuts, and the design allows it to cut twice as many holes as an equivalent standard holesaw per battery charge. It is suitable for cutting stainless, tool and mild steel sheeting, plasterboard, wood and thin plastics. It comes as a complete assembly including arbor and pilot drill, so no separate purchase is needed. A flared base cap acts as a safety stop, limiting cutting depth to around 13mm (1/2 inch) and preventing drilling beyond the maximum depth.
