About this product
The Starrett CSC35 is a 35mm bi-metal holesaw designed for use with battery-operated power tools, cutting twice as many holes as an equivalent standard holesaw per battery charge. It is built with hardened, heat and abrasion resisting high speed steel teeth set in a tough alloy body and cap, giving strength, durability and resistance to shattering. Suited to onsite work, it cuts stainless, tool and mild steel sheeting as well as plasterboard, wood and thin plastics. The constant pitch teeth (8 teeth per 25mm/inch) produce smooth cuts, and the saw is supplied as a complete assembly including arbor and pilot drill, so no separate purchase is needed. A flared base cap acts as a safety stop, limiting the cutting depth to around 13mm (½ inch) and preventing drilling beyond the maximum depth.
