About this product
This Starrett 25mm holesaw has tungsten carbide tipped teeth designed for cutting stainless and high alloy steels, non-ferrous light metals and reinforced fabrics, working much faster than a standard bi-metal holesaw. It is recommended for cutting sheet metal up to 3mm thick and is well suited to production cutting or use in drills with limited speed control.
It has a solid one-piece construction supplied as a complete assembly with arbor and pilot drill. A split-point drill bit gives faster penetration and self-centring, helping to prevent the bit wandering, while an ejector spring makes core removal easier. A safety stop at the base prevents drilling beyond the maximum cutting depth of 13mm.
