About this product
The Makita LS002G is a 216mm slide compound mitre saw powered by the 40v Max XGT battery system, using a brushless motor for consistently smooth cutting. It includes a soft start function and electric brake for improved safety, plus constant speed control and an LED job light.
Its rail-forward design lets the rear of the saw sit close to a wall, with a front knob for easy bevel adjustment and material supports for wider workpieces. It features Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS), which switches on a compatible Bluetooth dust extractor automatically when the trigger is pulled.
Max cutting capacity is 70 x 312mm, with a mitre range of 60-60° and bevel range of 48-48°. Supplied bare, without battery, charger or case, but including a TCT blade, dust bag, triangular rule, vertical vice, hex key and wireless unit.
