About this product
The Makita LS0714N is a compact, lightweight slide compound mitre saw suited to construction and demanding jobsite use as well as DIY work. It has a 1,010W motor giving a no-load speed of 6,000rpm, and a 190mm TCT blade. The sliding mechanism rides on steel poles with linear ball bearings for smooth, accurate cutting, including of wider pieces, while the precision-machined aluminium base supports larger stock.
Cutting capacity is 52 x 300mm at 90° and 52 x 212mm at 45°, with a mitre range of 47°-57° and bevel cutting to 45° left and 5° right. A grooving stop allows depth adjustment for trenching and rebating work.
It weighs 13.1kg and includes a vertical vice, dust bag, socket wrench, holder, triangular rule, lock-off buttons and a kerf block.
